Registration questions
I recently had to format my internal drive. I then partitioned the drive using Lion on one and Snow Leopard on the other. The reason being the fact that my photoshop cs3 and other older programs would not work with lion. After reloading photoshop and the other programs photoshop keeps coming up with a screen to send registration in. When I click OK it is unable to proceed until I click ‘register later’. Also, when searching for .psd images I get a ‘not registered’ (or something like that) in lieu of the image.
I had no trouble with After Effects cs4 or Final Cut Studio.
Is there any way to correct this problem?
Mac Pro>8 core>36gb>1tb drive

Purchase the Photoshop full version.

I purchased my copy of CS3 years ago. The problem occurred when I did the re install.

Just ended a lengthy chat with Adobe. Got nowhere. Was told to ignore the ‘register’ screen. I have. Only problem is that when doing a search for photos / graphics I don’t get a thumbnail image. Just the ‘not registered’ words. I’m using a program which prints on DVD/CD’s. Won’t load .psd’s. Must first convert them to .jpegs which is a pain in the butt.
I have CS3 loaded on my MBP and don’t get that screen, just my MP.
Searched Adobe forums and here without an answer. There must be a solution to this…
