    Jay,

This is even easier if you have Excel. Open a new worksheet and in first cell type in your first name. E.g. D875-C-001. Then place the cursor at the lower right position of that cell until you see a + sign appear. Then simply drag down however many regions you have. I chose 40. Here is the screen shot.

Now simply Copy (Ctrl-C). Return to Vegas to your project where you have already defined your regions. Enter Alt-6, Edit details and select show Regions. It will look something like this.

Select all the under the column Name, and then simply Paste (Ctrl-V). The region names from your Excel Worksheet will now be shown. Just another way to do it.

That’s Great! And will try it.
Otherwise I will just rename 1-99 in the edit details pane…

Glad you finally have it sorted out.

That was a very useful tip about the renaming of regions, something I didn’t know about–I’m sure because I’ve never had a need to do it, right (LOL). I’m always somewhat amazed about the depth of Vegasaur with its many intricacies. The thing I enjoy most about participating here is that I learn something useful most everyday.

That said, I do wish that Vegasaur had an option for padding its numbers.
