I guess this should be an easy one, but I never had to do this before due to my normal workflow.

How do you replace a precomped mov by making alterations to the precomp that made it in the first place? I.E.: If you update the composition that was generated by pre-composing layers after the precomp took place.
    .
(I need to add a bit more tail to a coustics effect reference layer that was tracked and roto’d using 3subsequent track points due to extreme cam movement. So if it slides in time going back and forth into the main comp I’m going to waste a lot of time. )

Hi, i seem to be doing something wrong since Ctrl + h keystroke is not working for me, the precomp of my main comp does not take the changes made, could you please be more specific as to where and how these keys are to be pressed.
