Hi! Assuming this is one of those reappearing question…And I am not in-front of AE at the moment.
I have a few simple shapes (3D layers) flying slowly in space (Camera layer) (while their color is changed via a simple “Fill”, but that has nothing to do with my question).
I would like to add a kind of an Environment Reflection to these shapes to add a bit more realism.
I was curios; Is “environment layer in after effects” used in Ray Traced Renderer is an option? (That what it does, isn’t it?
Is there another direction I should look at?
    Thanks for any tip!
    Adam

Yes, an environment layer [link] provides an image that will be mapped onto an imaginary sphere that surrounds the scene and will appear in objects’ reflections.
