    Hi Arthur,

The equivalent of a reference movie is handled via Dynamic Link.

For example. if you wanted to send a timeline to Encore or After Affects without rendering, you would use use File > Dynamic Link > ….

Premiere does not have the ability to render out quicktime reference movies, unfortunately. What did you want to use the QT Ref movie for? You may just be able to dynamically link your timeline like Vince said.

I am trying to use PP to sync 5D MkII h.264’s before converting to ProRes. I was thinking of exporting ref movie from PP to Compressor, then batch rendering.

What I figured out, was a way to batch export and render to ProRes from the media encoder, so I can bypass compressor and the ref movie.

    Thanks for the suggestions.
