I’m capturing a bunch of ISO tapes.

All have matching TOD TC. Basically a bunch of angles of the same thing.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to log all this, without having to re-type the TC for each clip’s ISO angle.

My plan was to log one angle, then copy and paste the clips into another bin, right click the copied clips and make them Master Clips, then modify the pasted items name and reel.

Making the clip master clips allows me to rename the clip with out the original being renamed aswell, but even with the new clips being master clip, when ever I change the reel info of the new one, it changes the reel info of the original as well..

Any workaround?? I’ve got many hours of footage to log,, and if I can make this copy/rename clip and reel trick to work,, it’le save me tonnes of time…

Export a batch list, change the reel numbers in xcel. reimport. Batch.
