Redcine X to Fonal Cut Pro 7 back to Redcine
I have transcoded my Red R3D files to prores using REDCINE X and have done my edit on the Final Cut Pro 7 timeline.
Now I would like to import an EDL of the timeline and have REDCINE replace the pro res files with the original R3Ds so I can do a basic color correction and then export out to prores.
Anybody know what steps I need to take to do this?

I suggest you look at th RED user forum. This would be a well discussed workflow.
An alternate idea would be to export an xml into da Vinci Resolve to grade. The lite version is free and FCP7 xml imports properly.
