Red Type in After Effects
Has anyone had a problem using small red type in After Effects. When I play back the rendered movie in quick time, the red type seems to look choppy. When I use small white type the text seems to be smooth. I’ve tried different reds, to see if that helps. Does anybody have a solution to this, or has anybody ran into this problem.

understandable if you render out DV 4:1:1. 4 blocks of chroma get deleted per re-render. Welcome to needing uncompressed.
btw this is why you don’t use sharp reds and sharp greens next to each other in sd-tv.
