  red- transcoded- audio issue

  Not sure if anyone has had this issue.
  I’ve shot 16tb of R3D RAW rushes at 5.5k 8.1.

  I’m transcoding them with a LUT and to proxies in DR. Its been going well, however, the audio stems will now only produce a single stem, not two separated sound stems.

  I’ve checked in Premiere and RED CINE x Pro and the stems are indeed separate and I can switch them individually off. I’d had no issue for a few days but now it just won’t allow them through, I’ve checked the import settings and made sure the channels are set to two channels – separated, but it doesn’t change anything. It’s a real headache. I can cut with these obviously as they are proxies but Ideally, I want separate control over the sound stems at cutting stage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
