    Hello Geniuses out there,

I just locked picture on a 2 Camera RED movie and am looking for a way of onlineing to 2K DPX and HDCamSR tapes.

Our workflow was to import through Log & Transfer @ prores, then use the Media Manager to convert everything to DV. I did this so that I could edit on my laptop without needing to plug in 5 hard drives.

I’m running into what I hear is a typical problem; the footage was shot at true 24 (with a couple 23.98 shots scattered in). From what I hear the delivery to the DS needs to be 23.98. Do I need to convert all the shots myself before going into the DS? or can the DS just output at 23.98 from a 24 frame time line?

How will this all effect my audio? I’m about to make 24 frame OMF files. Is it easy to convert that to 23.98?
