Red line bar is has capped movement at 0.1 second i think
Premiere Pro – The red line that you drag along the time line is capped to how freely it can move – is there any way i can disable this?
at the top of the red line where the blue arrow thing is next to that there is a small line that restricts how i can move the red line – how do i make this shorter or better get rid of it compleatly thanks

The “CTI” or Current Timeline Indicator moves at 1 frame at a time unless you select “Show audio time units” in the wing menu of the sequence. Then you can have movement to as little of 1/48,000th of a second.
