    Hi guys

I’ve received a bunch of RED footage (.r3d files) and it’s all slow motion when I play it back in Premiere Pro, the Red Player and the RedCine-X Player.

But the frame rate on the footage is 25fps…

For slow motion, shouldn’t it be shot at a much higher frame rate to get smooth slow motion?

Do you think I’ll still be able to work with this footage by time remapping it to get real time or fast playback?

    Cheers

    Mike

It’s shot at higher frame rate but the container is running at 25fps.

    Yes.
