    RED 5 64bit does not show up in the Sony Vegas Pro 10 UI

    I’ve installed RED5, but the only host install options are Premier and AE CS5.
    The only thing that is loading is the Standalone Engine.

    Is RED 5 a Standalone like BLUE?

    If not, how can get it to activate inside of Vegas Pro 10 64bit?

    At this moment, RED 5 is a standalone progaram AND a plugin for Premiere CS5 and After Effects CS5 (windows only). Support for other 64-bit applications such as Sony Vegas Pro 10, Grass Valley EDIUS 6, and Adobe CS5 Mac is coming soon (source: Boris website)

    Yea, I believe that Boris FX said that the RED 5 plug-in requires Vegas Pro 10d which hasn’t been released yet.

    Thanks guys, after I read the fine print my happiness deflated, but I still have RED4 installed.
