Recovering old files
I have some Sony Vegas files that I have been working on for some time. I recently upgraded to Vegas Pro 12.
I’m not sure if it’s the 32bit to 64bit or the jump from 9 to 12, but the files now get to about 90% and then just sit. No error pops up, the file just won’t finish loading. I’ve checked multiple files, and all the ones from the old version behave the same way.
Is there some sort of upgrade/migration tool to bring older files up to spec with the new version? If not, I’m faced with starting from scratch on 1 45 min, 10 22 min and 1 90 min projects.

Are you upgrading from Vegas 9 Pro?
If you are, reinstall Vegas 12 and restart your system.Steve Rhoden
