Recording Video Calls On Facebook Messenger

Not directly FCP X related, but what do you use to record Facebook Messenger video calls?

I’m starting a project that will involve interviews at a distance. Budget doesn’t allow for travel or hiring crew.

Of course, I’m using FCP X to edit.

I use iShowU for screen recording but I’d think even the screen recorder built into macOS would do the job.
