I recorded video with shotgun and lav. So for ADR to match I also want to record with a shotgun and a lav.

Both the shotgun and lav are going into an H4n recorder that is recognized by Premiere. But I don’t know how to get each mic recorded separately and simultaneously.

I’d also like to know what each of these boxes represents. Especially the last one that looks like a “9”.

I’m wondering if Audition might be better suited to this somehow?

Not Premiere expert but is it as simple as right click on the imported H4N clip (which is presumably flagged as stereo) and choosing modify audio channels and setting up two mono channels with the left assigned to 1 and the right assigned to 2? Note because Premiere is behind the times in audio you have to do this before editing (unlike Avid where audio channels can be split or combined in your timeline)
