  Reconnecting RED

  Hi there

  I have cut a short film shot on RED and have used Pro Res files. However, I now want to reconnect to the high-res RED files and I am having a few problems. When I reconnect the files the canvas does not adjust properly so the image is too big for the canvas. Also, when I look at the clip info, the frame size is 2048×1024 and there is no presets sequence setting for this sop I have to render it anyway!

  I just wondered if there is a tried and tested way of doing your RED edit and then reconnecting to the 2 or 4K files with no hassle?
