reconnect media not working

Can you import the media? If you can, does it have the same names as the clip names you’re attempting to connect to?

Yes I tried re-importing the tapes (it’s a dv project) and that still didn’t work.

As far as naming’s concerned I’ve given the various sub clips different names, but don’t think I changed the source clips.

You can’t just choose file/import/files, and select those files you’ve moved? If not, they might be corrupt and you need to recapture from your tapes.
