Hello Stacey,
please note that CF vendors usually express CF speed in MBps so a 45MBps CF supports 360Mbps.

Returning to your need, I’m using successfully Sandisk Extreme 32GB, part number SDCFX-032G-X46, and Transcend 400X part number TS32GCF400 (read 90MBps, write 60MBps).

Be careful, there are lots of fake memory modules; many friends of mine bought Sandisk memories very similar outside but very different inside…
You can make a quick test to see if the CF meets the requirements of the Canon XF series. Set recording data rate to 50Mbps and record a long clip. Usually fake CFs aren’t fast enought to stop and restart record reaching the 4GB limit and the camera will report an error (and some seconds of recording will be lost).
