Recognizes “Lacie d2 Quadra 4TB” in Win BUT NO FOLDER and files needed.
Hello!
So we got this problem with a “Lacie d2 Quadra 4TB” conection with PC.During the filming we used a MAC for data managing from the “Atomos Samurai” memorycards, now the director from the film is trying to open it and can not see the folder with the footage we recorded.
Hard disk properties tells us there is all the space ocupied and certainly it is the footage. Already searched for the hidden folders and it’s not there either.
The hard disk got installed with the original drivers in Windows.
Any ideas what it could be?
