  recipe to reduce eliminate banding in vignettes

  Hi
  Trying to reduce, and even eliminate annoying banding that appears in my renders. The main problem is outputting to a lossy codec(H.264).

  I tried creating my vignette in AE via dynamic linking and using the add grain filter. Probably am on the right track but no luck yet.

  Will try rendering my vignette as a separate .mov file using the add grain filter then brining back into Premiere but thought I’d ask her in case someone has already figured this out.
