  ReCapture or Convert

  Whats the opinion…

  I’ve got a SONY HDV 1080i60 project with 5 tapes already Logged and Captured.
  All of a sudden now I’ve just received 8 more REGULAR MINI DV tapes.

  now-
  Which is easier?
  – Downconvert & Re-Capture my HDV footage to DV – (Since its all Logged,it seems easy enough to me to batch again…)

  OR
  – Send HDV through Compressor to DV.

  any opinons?
