  • Reattach Footage From New Drives

I am new to Premiere Pro CC 2014 and have a huge completed project.
My issue is that my RAID system went down and all my footage has been rescued but but sits on multiple different drives now that don’t preserve the exact file structure used on the RAIDS.
How difficult or even possible is it to use the original project file to re attach or re assemble the footage?

Thanks to everyone for the needed help.

Premieres pretty great for finding missing files and reattaching them. My advice is get the footage into one folder on the drive, open up your project and a dialogue window will pop up, giving you a number of options to find the missing files.

This makes a lot of sense.
My only issue is it’s about 4 to 6 drives but I will put in the data in one folder on each drive and that should make it a heck of a lot easier than having 100 files or more in each drive.

Thanks so much for your help, you really came through for me.
