Realtime keyer
As i understand its only kona 3 that have realtime keyer capability. I have an Lhe.
Im looking for a program that can key in realtime and show the “keyed talent” over an background. It doesn’t have to be fancy, its just for positioning. Would be grate if it was possible to scale the keyed image and position it anywhere over the background image. This would save alot of time. I have both pc and mac but the laptop is pc so its easiest to use.
I looked at on location and scoope box but i havent seen any overlay function (sorry i have not runned any trials just youtubed and read on their sites)

Kona 3 does not have keying capabilities. It can place a down stream graphic in real time.
There are things companies make for News rooms and the like, they are all over at NAB, I never really look at them. Try Tristar, the old Video Toast people that is their game.

we use two units that work together nicely
the NewTek Tricaster Studio and
Datavideo CG-100 Character Generator
but we use this for a news broadcast which sounds like over kill for your needs.
