    hi,

has anyone completed the realflow tutorial ‘making a splash’ and successfully imported it into cinema?
    https://www.computerarts.co.uk/tutorials/3d__and__animation/make_a_splash

i posted earlier re making a anim of a water splash in either realflow or silver bullets fluid beta plug in. since then it looks like realflow is the way to go…

i’ve downloaded a tutorial of exactly what I’m looking for, as i go through it however, some of the steps don’t seem to follow the tutorial…
i.e. step 4 the water is appearing on thew wrong axis ? and other steps don’t seem to follow just right?
not sure if its because the tutorial was made in 2006? i’ve followed it precisely but I’m concerned as the deadline is coming up very fast… tomorrow! and need to get this worked out and into cinema4D…

if someone has done this and was even interested in some extra cash, to be honest i’d be very happy to pay a bit to save the time as lots more to do too…

    many thanks for any help

    trev

Make certain that your initial preferences in RealFlow for the XYZ axis match up to your 3D application. That might explain why your RealFlow objects are coming in on the wrong axis.
