  real eyes on stopmotion puppet – rotation on y-axis?

  hey guys,

  in the making-of is mentioned that it’s made with aftereffects but no other 3d software.
  So… I’m wondering how the eyes of the little girl (ca. 00:22 seconds) are rotating. It seems to me that the eyes are videofootage that is placed in AE on the puppet videofootage afterwards. But how is it possible to make the eyes videofootage also rotate when the head rotates in AE?

  by now I’m able to place eyes on my puppet… but is it somehow possible to motiontrack also the rotation of the head? or can this only be done manually?
