I have video and graphics that shift during video transitions. I have two video clips ( I have used jpegs as well) with a cross dissolve in the middle on v1. I also have a title on v2 through title generator and lower 3rd. This also has a video transition with cross dissolve in. The transition from video clip to clip last 30frames. About 60frames later my transition for the title on v2 comes in. The video shifts as the title comes in. I move the title down and the video shifts at that point. I have tried a more complex composite that had a lot more elements and the video shifted as well. Any help?

Are you looking at the rendered output on a video monitor?

    All the best,

Further to what Tom said, check your timeline settings. It sounds like you’ve got the video processing set to RGB when you should be set to YUV.

Yes, this is the rendered output on the monitor and on the display.

Tried the RGB and YUV output. All settings are set to 8bit YUV rendering. Still got a shift. One other thing that I tried was to use Boris 3d title instead of using lower third, and that made a difference. Also using lower third with a drop shadow mad a shift. Without the drop shadow, there was no shift. Using Boris with the drop shadow there was a slight shift but not as noticeable as the other. I’m still getiing a slight shift though. Should I reinstall the software?
