I’m brand-new to Vegas, evaluating it. I’m doing some very basic things. One thing has me really puzzled: I rendered a project. Then I moved some text created with the ProType Titler– moved it closer to the edge of the frame. And that change was shown when previewing.

But when I started to render, the text position in the preview reverted to the original position, and indeed the finished rendered file showed the original positioning.

This has me totally puzzled. And indeed, the project itself previews the text that way I want it.

Is there a slap-of-the-forehead simple answer?

    Thanks.

It should render exactly as it previews. Not sure what might be going on for you.

    Spounds like a keyframe problem.

Can you say a few more words about “a keyframe problem”? What do you suggest I do to resolve it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
