  • Re render entire project after a few changes?

Hello- Do i need to re render the entire timeline of 125 minutes if I made a few small changes? I rendered and burned a 2 hour blu-ray family travelogue…outstanding video quality from an older sony AVCHD 1080x1440i FYI. It took 5.5 hrs to render and burn a 125 min BD-R DL from the timeline.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

Unfortunatly, you do have to re-render the whole thing.

    Glenn,

Unfortunately Danny is right. I break up my long projects into smaller projects and then import the separately rendered files in DVDA and relink them using playlists. If I have to make changes, I rerender in SVP and then bring the file back into DVDA, thus it then only affects a smaller portion of my overall project.

    nigel,

Thanks for that suggestion. That is a great suggestion! I never used much of DVDA preferring to burn from the timeline directly.
