    I edited a sequence with “b” roll video only over some talking heads. Now I want to put in that ambience audio in tracks 3 and 4. When I double click the video going back into the viewer, it only has the video no audio. There must be a shortcut to go back to the original source and get that audio, without finding the clip finding the TC and reinserting that audio

    Park the Playhead on the clip. Press X to mark IN and OUT on that clip. Press F to MATCH FRAME to the original clip. Map the audio to 3 and 4, disconnect the V1 tab (so you don’t add the video again). Press F10 to OVERWRITE new audio.

    Repeat. X…F…F10.
