  Re-link merged files: is it possible??

  hello,

  I’ve been doing editing assistance on a movie, and recently started to merge picture and sound tracks. then I noticed that I hadn’t organized the sound-files well and it was probably better to not have the sound-refs linking to a hard-to-find location…

  so I re-placed my audiofiles and re-linked them in FCP. unfortunately, the files that I had merged are still offline – and I can’t link them to anything. was all my merging work for nothing, do I have to do it again – or is there a way to re-link them after all??
