Re: Kona 2 HD Monitoring
Hello,
I’ve just received my new Kona 2 with K Box and IO LA. I am monitoring using a 23″HD monitor and a hi res SD CRT monitor. I have loaded the Panasonic HD National Geographic footage and timelines from the disk that comes with FCP. When the playhead is parked you see a still on each monitor but when you hit play neither of the monitors displays a moving image, though they do update when you hit pause. I have had this issue before using DV Pal as the output, but as far as I am aware all the settings are correct. I’m sure this is my ineptitude, but any ideas would be much appreciated.

Make sure that your sequence preset and you easy setup preset match.

Oh, and also make sure that external video is set to all frames (this is in the view menu).
