For some crazy reason all of my text in CS4 looks aliased and jaggy. I don’t know what this is about?! I did a test using the best resolution, the same type face (helvetica) and the same font size. Does anyone know what this is about? BTW- I haven’t exported this text. It appears this way in the comp window.

We see this topic very few weeks so scroll down or search. I’m not sure if anyone has ever posted a definitive answer. On my system, it appears be caused by applying any filter to the text.
Are you using the obsolete Text Effects or text layers?

Thanks for replying to this post. I’m not using any filters or anything on the text. I’m at a complete loss. When you had this problem…did it just go away? Do you think I should re-install AE?
