Re: any Motion 2 books or on-line movie tutorials in the pipeline?

That’s not a good sign, is it? I guess they didn’t sell well.
I’d like to see a good comprehensive book on Motion 2 that provides all kinds of tutorials on how do do various things with Behaviors and Replicator, etc.
There are many, many things you can do with combining Behaviors (Parameter Behaviors especially) and I think a good book that covers these things in depth is needed for Motion 2.
How about an “Motion 2 for the AE guy” book? That would sell really well. Someone could have instructions on how you would do common motion graphics tasks and how an AE user would do it in Motion 2. A great example of this would be that recent Replicator tutorial we had on this forum about how to write things onto the screen.
Just my opinion. I’d pay for a book like that.

Actually, they are all selling extremely well from what I have heard, it’s more an issue of the fact that there aren’t enough changes in Motion 2 to warrant the cost of creating and replacing the current books.
I think your ideas for books are great, btw
