  Random repeated flash frames on .mxf exports

  We’re experiencing quite a few random repeated frames on .mxf exports with Premiere CC 8.1 2014.2 release, via Media Encoder. A frame from another part of the show will be duplicated elsewhere in the exported file without rhyme or reason. It’s a bit of an issue, because we are outputting hundreds of shows close to transmission. Any one else seeing this?
