    Hey guys,

I’ve recently switched over to After Effects CC and I worked on one project where I had imported a logo. Now when I start a new project if ever there are completely no elements on screen (ie no active layers) then the same logo appears on screen. I haven’t imported this logo and I have no idea why it is on screen! It renders out too. Any help would be great!

Try purging your image caches -> Edit>Purge>Image Cache. If the issue still persists, then purge Memoru & Cache.

BTW, have you updated your copy of AE CC to the current version?

    Hi Roland,

That worked thanks! My software was up to date so it wasn’t that so I first emptied the image cache and nothing changed so I purged the memory & cache and still nothing. I restarted the software and presto random image disappears!

    Cheers,

    PJ
