    Hello people,

I have a problem with ram preview in After Effects, I get this error message: “After Effets error: Ram review needs 2 or more frame to playback”.
Everything is Ok on my timeline and I can playback my video with no problem, I get the error message when I try Ram Preview or Render.

    Any solution?

    Thanks.

This message is usally a result of not having enough frames for a preview, if your playhead is at the end of the comp and you have it set to render from the playhead for example, or if your comp is less than 2 frames long (for some reason). However, I have also gotten this error somewhat randomly. Usually rebooting After Effects will fix this if Edit>Purge>All doesn’t.

In my experience, it’s a goofy error that can be cleared by restarting AE. It makes no sense, but there you go.
