  R3D to SD DVD via Premiere CS5.. best technique known?

  Hello,

  I’m running

  Mac OS 10.6.4
  Premiere CS5 5.0.2
  Original files: R3D 4096 x 2304
  eventually to MPEG2
  sd dvd discs from Encore

  I’m attempting to put out the best looking dvd I can but scaling this far tends to make it very difficult to do so directly. Since my render times are so long, I’ve done testing on short clips and the results have varied but so far not happy.

  Any help would be appreciated,
