    QUICKTIME video output component

    i just updated my QT to 7.2

    Now, when i launch AE, i am getting this error :

    “After Effects warning: Couldn’t open QuickTime video output component.”

    anyone know?

    Check the Video Preview prefs. Are you set to preview through a device that isn’t attached to your box? Try setting it to “computer monitor only”.

    If you can’t do that, you may want to check the drivers for your video out card, suhc as Decklink or AJA.
