Quicktime NONE wont come into FCP 6.0.2
I am trying to import a quicktime movie with NONE compression into FCP 6.0.2 and it will not work – its says it cant recognize file format.
My senior editor tells me that it should work and origianlly it was actually an SAD Same as Source avid mov which he then converted in QT pro with millions+ NONE best quality settings
Can ayone help me figure out what the problem is? i tried restarting and doing software update but its still wont work

was it “self contained” or a “reference movie?
it has to be self contained.
try ANIMATION codec if NONE does not work.
It will look exactly the same and take up a little less room.
