    Hello,

I’m working with a friend on a project. We’re cutting on Premiere Pro 1.5. We have a 5 mintute Widescreen DV sequence. It needs to be output as a Quicktime file, and needs to be under 50MB in size. Does anyone have any suggestions on what settings to use to compress it to a 50MB or less QuickTime file with the highest-quality results? Thanks.

H.264 @ 1200kbps. Not sure if 1.5 can do H.264. Then there is the frame size fps rate. What’s the output for? Web?
