Using CS3 and consistantly get buffer overrun error when Premier attempts to use the quicktime codecs either at the beginning or end of the MOV creation. I am unable to find out anything specific as to causes but I have seen many comments on this subject–just no solutions.

Has anyone experienced this in the group. It seemed to begin when I upgraded to the latest version of QT which I got from the Apple QT site.

I am assuming you are using QT files on the PC. Is that correct? And if so, why are you doing that? PPRO on the PC prefers AVI files.

Also, are these files MPEG4 by any chance?

    Aanarav,

Quicktime is necessary to make any MOV files which I often do when producing content for the internet.

I am only producing MOV files which do not show the MP4 extension.

    Please help if possible.
