I have an anamorphic timeline in the PAL format in FCPHD (FCP5 is coming in about a month). I have compressed the timeline into a 60min. high quality encode MP2 and aiff. I need to make a quicktime file to be able to upload it to an ftp site for people to view it remotely. I am using squeeze 4 to do this (I’ve had problems in the past with going straight to quicktime out of FCP…sound getting moved and/or dropped). I am seeing that I have specific settings in squeeze 4 to set the size of the frame. What is the formula for figuring out the exact anamorphic pixel numbers of my frame and can I set these to be larger than what is given in the options in squeeze 4? Why doesn’t the anamorphic size become the default if that’s what’s brought into squeeze?

    Thanks,
    eric
