  quicktime 7.13 & Ae error

  I finally upgraded my computer–got the Mac Pro 2.66 and love it. I have AE 6.5 and Flash 8 and both are working well and fast, despite Rosetta.
  The problem. I installed quicktime 7.13 and tried to import an .swf into AE and got the following message: After Effects error: retrieving movie from file “Bar1.swf” — can’t find QuickTime handler (-2003).

  under that there’s (10 21) –there’s a symbol in between them, but I can’t replicate it here.

  Flash is enabled in my quicktime preferences. I did restart. I didn’t try AE when Quicktime 7.12 was installed. I tried to reinstall 7.12 and it wouldn’t because it still found Quicktime 7.13 someplace.
  Any suggestions?
