  Quicktime 2.0.2

  If you’re running Vegas 8, you need to have at least QT 1.7 loaded on your machine, and QT 2.0 is recommended.
  You’ll likely get a notice of update to 2.0.2 if you haven’t turned off update notices.
  If you update, I’d recommend you don’t update iTunes with it. One of our machines began inexplicably crashing with QT files after inadvertently installing both (we don’t have iTunes installed on any machine) so we did a rollback, reinstalled just the 2.0.2 update, crashing problem went away.
