Quick Transition Question

Click on the transition in the timeline and you will see controls for it in the ‘Effect Conrols’ panel. Click on the box that says ‘Reverse’ and it will go the other way.

Lloyd, thank you for your response, but I think I must be missing something? I’ve looked in the Effect controls box but have found no reverse box… Am I over looking something?

Ah ha ha ha, man I feel dumb…I found where to resize the tabs… low and behold, what should appear…the Reverse Box…these 12 hour days are killing my brain function apparently…

Make sure you click on the transition itself (purple box between clips), not the clip before or after it. In the Effect Control panel you should then see the controls for the transition. It will have two rectangles named A and B representing the clips. The 4th item below these rectangles is the ‘Reverse’ setting.

I did indeed, in the photo I linked you could see where the reverse box wasn’t visible…slowly the the tumblers fell into place and I thought to try resizing the tab.

Edit—I finally noticed the scroll bar on the side of the tab…I must be going blind…
