  Quick tip

  Not sure if this was covered here.
  I lost the link to a dozen R3D converted to ProRes files due to misplaced external.
  When I got everything back, I tried to relink and FCPX did not want to place nice.
  So I gave up.
  A few hours later I decided to start over and Import the same clips under the older Event.
  Well that actually helped re-linked data again in Event and Project.
