Quick question about Master Session Timline
I’m following a tutorial showing how to overlay a film grain track over some video footage but it requires I know how to import tracks into the Master Session Timeline under the Conform Tab.
I have not learned how to use the Master Session Timeline in Resolve yet.
Could anyone tell me how to import the first track into the MS timeline? I have my footage in the Color Tab for grading. I can see the same footage at the bottom of the Conform page in the Master Timeline. But the Master Session Timeline is empty.
In the tutorial I can see how he creates a second track, drags the grain footage over the first track, and how he creates the overlay.
I just can’t figure out how to get that first track in there…

I stumbled on what I was doing wrong.
I have not been clicking on the Master Session line in the Timeline Management tab in the conform page before clicking +New.
It seems I should be doing that.
