Quick question about HDV and Peremiere Pro
I’ve just shot my first music video in HD, using a Sony FX1. I usually downconvert to SD when using the cam, but my client wants his video in HD.
Is it possible to capture and render HDV footage using Premiere Pro 1.5 ? Or do I need a plug in ? If so, can anyone recomend one ?
I’m also editing on a laptop with 1GB RAM, Pentium 4 3.2GHZ and a 256MB RAM graphics card. Will this be sufficient or should I upgrade to 2GB RAM ?
Is a standard firewire lead all I need too ?

It’s ok, I just downloaded the HDV plug in from the Adobe site.
