Quick question about AVI export
Hey folks,
got what seems like a simple issue but I’m having a headache trying to resolve. I have a client who wants me to deliver the final self-contained seqeunces as windows HD AVI files. I have several programs (Streamclip, compressor, Bigasoft covertor, that all ‘claim’ to output AVI, but they either can’t do the entire file, or the res (codec) is a joke, or their all Apple based codecs. The few times I play an AVI on my mac, it seems fine, then I send to my Pc and try to play on it with Windows media player, and either the video doesn’t display or the image is split screen.
I am getting frustrated with this. Can anyone recommend a good program convertor to make PC friendly AVI on a MAC (Perian is NOT an option. Had to disable a few plugins for another issue).
